I am a psychodynamic and relational psychotherapist working with adults navigating a wide range of emotional and relational challenges. My approach is active and collaborative — I work alongside clients to explore and shift longstanding patterns, uncover the roots of dissatisfaction, and move toward a more fulfilling, connected life.

I draw on multiple modalities to tailor therapy to each individual. I have completed Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training, a framework I find especially powerful for helping people access their inner world with curiosity and compassion. I also integrate somatic and body-focused interventions for clients who find that emotions can be difficult to access or feel overwhelming — often the body holds what words cannot easily express. To deepen this work, I have received training in clinical hypnosis and other body-focused approaches, which I weave into the therapeutic process to strengthen self-awareness, address root causes, and support regulation and well-being.

Beyond my private practice, I am an Instructor in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, where I mentor graduate students in clinical psychology, and I am on staff at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. I have a BA in Psychology and a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Northwestern University. I am PsyPact authorized, allowing me to work with clients across all PsyPact participating states. I also serve on the board of the Women's Educational Aid Association, a scholarship and mentorship organization supporting a select group of Northwestern students through college and beyond.
