Individual Psychotherapy<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00a0Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy or counseling, is a therapeutic approach that involves creating a collaborative relationship with a trained mental health professional. Trans and Non-Binary individuals sometimes seek gender-affirming medical treatments, such as surgery or hormone replacement therapy. Some of these interventions require a mental health evaluation and a letter of support. At Salix, we help Trans and Non-Binary individuals get access to the care that they need and deserve.

Clinical Supervision<\/strong><\/h2>\n

\u00a0Clinical supervision is a space to foster skill development, professional growth, ethical guidance, and emotional support. At Salix, we can offer the supervision hours you need in order to meet eligibility requirements for licensure. We also offer consultation on a variety of patient populations and therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic psychotherapy, older adults, LGBTQ+ clients, trauma-informed practice, and somatic interventions. Professional consultation can be ongoing or time-limited, depending on your needs.\u00a0<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n
