However, each insurance plan has different rates of payment and different costs that are assigned to the patient.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you have BCBS PPO or BCBS Choice PPO, your therapist will check your benefits and let you know what coverage information they find.\u00a0<\/li>\n<li>If you have any concerns about coverage or the cost of therapy, It is always best to contact your insurance to find out what your coverage is for mental health care.\u00a0 Some important questions to ask include: Do I have a deductible for mental health care and will it apply to outpatient\u00a0psychotherapy\u00a0in an office setting?\u00a0 Do I have a copayment for psychotherapy visits?
